Q: What is the application of these inkjet potter, inkjet cutter plotter and flatbed cutter plotter?
A:These plotter are applied to garment pattern printing and cutting. You can draw the pattern in software, and then print them on paper. If you need to cut the pattern along printing line, it also can.

Q:How many printing heads does it have? Do you have pen plotter?
A:It has two heads. We have stopped to manufacture pen plotter. But if you really want, we can provide it for you.

Q:Is your plotter compatible with Gerber? I don’t have the software, can I use it?
A:Yes. It can work with all the software in the market, such as Gerber, PAD, Lectra etc. We also have our own driver, so even you don’t have these software, you can use it too.

Q:If I make the payment, how long will it take to deliver the machine?
A:It will take 3 days to test the machine, when it is done we ship machine to you.

Q:How long is the warranty?
A:The warranty is one year. In this one year, if there are some accessories broken down(Does not include man-made damage), we will send you new and free accessories.
